Has anybody ever heard of this. In our environment we
have 2 IBM E-Server X-Series 235 servers. One is the
primary and the other is the backup in case the primary
ever crashes. What we've noticed is that we will set the
time on both servers to be identical, but then some time
passes by and they are out of sync. Do you know of any
reasons why the time would not stay the same on both
servers? Are there any issues in 2000 Server? Any help
is much appreciated. Thanks.

PC clocks are notoriously unreliable. See
http://www.ubr.com/clocks/timesw/rt2.html

There are several programs which will synchronise a system clock with an
atomic clock. Search Google for Atomic Clock.
