W32Time

Hi Guys,

We have an issue with one of our Windows 2000 Servers.

The server does sync correctly but every time it does sync its out by about
450 seconds.

There is an application which emails reports (I don't really have any info
on it) but occasionally the reports are sent twice because it thinks its time
to send them - W32Time sync's then it sends them again.

The application provider says we need to fix our server so it doesn't get
out of sync by such a large amount

I've gone through all the article’s on technet but haven't come up with
anything.
Do I need to rebuild this server?
