time is different in shared calendar

A

Ande Weathers

using Outlook 2003 and Exchange Server. 3 PC's on network share 1 calendar.
For each appointment, 2 pc;s have one time, Say 5:00, but the third has 6:00.

Changing daylight savings time and clock options on each machine produce no
change.

Issue arises regardless of which PC created the appointment.

Any direction would be appreciated.

One (or two) of the computers do not have the correct time zone and/or
daylight time settings. Since its off an hour, its most likely the DST
setting. If you are in a time zone that had changes, such as Indiana you
need to verify the correct time zone definitions are installed on the
computers.

Diane, I appreciate the reply. I have verified the time on all three PC's.
They show the same time. Yet appointments crteated in one PC is still a
different time in the other 2.

The time on my exchange server and domain controler are both accurate and in
agreement with the PC's.

Any add-ins on that PC? If you start Outlook in safe mode does it make a
difference?

What time zone are you in? What OS is on each of the computers? When did you
first notice the problem?
