Time Formatting Question

What is the difference between the time 13:30 and 37:30?

24 hours difference, or perhaps the difference between formatting as h:mm
and [h]:mm.

The trite response is 24 hours.

However, I expect the answer you are looking for is:
-- the first time is 0 days, 13 hours and 30 minutes
-- the second time is 1 day, 13 hours and 30 minutes.

If you format your cell as hh:mm, they'll show up the same.
If you format your cell as [hh]:mm, you'll see the difference.
