Time format in Excel

30:55.2 It's listed under Format cells/Number Tab/Time.

I've never used it because I don't know what it does. I work with amounts
of time frequently, and have always used the 37:30:55 by default.

Is there a way to get Excel to list hours, minutes, then seconds in decimal
format?

Thank you!
