Time Format

An equation...

=SUM(IF($B9='Lineup Worksheet'!$B$2:$B$83,'Lineup Worksheet'!$C$2:$C$83,0))

produces the correct answer of 1:04:21. But I want the answer to be
displayed only in minutes:seconds, as 64:21. Any idea of how to do this?
 
Note: you could use SUMIF to make this a non-CSE formula, i.e.

=SUMIF('Lineup Worksheet'!$B$2:$B$83,$B9,'Lineup Worksheet'!$C$2:$C$83)
