Time display

Is there a way to display seconds in the time on the task
bar? In the regional settings, I have time set
to "h:mm:ss tt" but only the hour, minute and am or pm
displays. Any help is appreciated.

There is no way to display seconds in the taskbar from within XP. It will
take 3rd party software. Here is a link to one such application.
