How can I display seconds?

Is there a way to display seconds in the time on the task
bar? In the regional settings, I have time set
to "h:mm:ss tt" but only the hour, minute and am or pm
displays. Any help is appreciated.

I'm not sure if you can display the seconds but TClock can. You can get it
here - it's a free one. It displayes the day and date as well if you want.

No, not with the built in XP tools.
Yes, with third party clock programs.
