What does the expression (Session.TimeBombDaysRemaining:153
Session.TimeBombExpirationDate: 7/31/2005)in the microsoft
system diagnostics actually mean ??!!

This beta will expire. A newer beta will be released and a final version is
expected as well.

It means that the code displaying that message will stop functioning at that
time.

Before then, they will no doubt release a full supported version of the
product, or perhaps a further beta with a longer timespan involved.

The license for beta code typically expires when or soon after the final
product is released--in this case, they are enforcing that with a physical
mechanism.
