There is a problem with the date display in Hebrew.
(XP sp2 localized for Hebrew.)
I just wonder... is it possible that Microsoft
Antispyware does not recognize threats with other then
Latin characters embedded?

Hi

I believe this only is a GUI problem not a scan/detecting
problem.

You can easily test this doing a Kazaa install.

http://www.kazaa.com/us/index.htm

Then scan and remove. IMPORTANT ! Change folder for all
media files from
Kazaa- "My shared folder" to another if you already running
Kaaza.

Other good tools for a well working PC:

CCleaner, www.ccleaner.com, for removing of ALL temporarily
junk.

Lavasofts Adaware, also detects tracking cookies.

Can't you think of something a little less dangerous? :)
I caught hell in alt.privacy.spyware for sending someone to
http://lop.com/new_uninstall.exe
Which is really a very thorough way to uninstall lop. Unfortunately, McAfee
and a couple of others flag the uninstaller as well.

Well, Kazaas spyware friends are easy to remove.... ;)

FWIW, we've had some discussion about providing an equivalent of EICAR to
test Microsoft Antispyware. Some interest on Steve Dodson's part, but not
sure whether it will happen.

(not directly On Topic, but related.)
