Hi all
I had asked for some help already, but after i attempted the suggestions, i
still have not been successful. My taskbar and desktop icons still aren't
appearing.
The problem with the date is not day light savings but when i go into
Control Panel>Date/Time/Lanuage/ and Regional Options>Change Date and Time,
it appears to be 9 April 1970.When i set the year to 2007 and click 'Apply',
it automatically changes back to 1970.
I think that this may be what is causing my taskbar and other icons to be
hiding on my desktop. I also have to mention that nothing happens when I
right click on my desktop and the desktop icons, start button and taskbar
appear just as i log out but are never there when i am logged into the user
account.
If anyone has any idea, i would be very thankful
Lauren
