Word Tilde over X

How do I type a tilde (~) over a capital X?

Type X followed by holding down Alt while typing 0771 on the numeric keypad. This works in Word and will Copy and Paste in Word too but does not seem to Copy and Paste into this text on this forum.

I was trying....but no luck so far!.....its a unique challenge of its sort....Many people seen on net asking for Tilde-ized X....But no answer as yet....I am constantly in pursue of this!

But, as shown here, the tilde is not above the X only alongside it.

Maybe something to do with the text used in PCR. Ian may know.

That looks identical to me @nivrip, here's what I see at my end (below). I wonder if it's something to do with the browser.

Ian, Does this need screen resolution adjustments?

I think it's probably a browser issue, as sometimes character formatting doesn't behave quite right for some reason.
