tie outlook '03 profile to an account

I'm trying to setup an Outlook '03 profile that will sign on to a single
Exchange '03 account.
This is a shared PC and after selecting the profile, the userid defaults to
the last person signed on. I'm hoping to find a way so that the profile will
prefill in the user signon with the correct account name but not password
obviously.

Not possible, the last used username for an Exchange account is cached.
Either give all users a separate logon account to the PC or disable the
caching of last used address completely.
