Ticker needed for Windows - not for news, stocks, WX, but using our input

[John Bartley I solved my XP problems w/ Service P]

I need to find a freeware app for a nonprofit. They need a 'ticker' to
run in a small window to show text content they keyboard in.

Thank you kindly, but this requires a web server. Our intent is for
non-technical folks to use it, and having to have a web server set up to
run the ticker seems a bit complex.

Instead, this simple app

does exactly what we need.
