Hi all..... I use Thunderbird for reading usenet and I am wondering if
there is a way to have it show that messages have attachments before I
click on them. Right now the paper clip showing this does not appear
until I have clicked on the message.

In the upper right hand corner of Tbird is an obscure icon
to "click to select columns to display".
Give it a click and check "attachments"

And the only problem with using this, is that threading is gone...unless
you select order received...which is also up in that obscure icon menu. :)

In using TBird, I've found you can make it do what you want it to do by
pushing as many buttons (icons/settings) as possible :-)

Is there a crossposting button, or extension I haven't found?
Not a problem in this NG, but in so many others...
