Thumnails in Vista

With XP I could select images by choosing from thumnails of files in my image
olders. With VISTA I cannot find any menu command for turning on the
thumnail feature. All my image files are saved in one or more types of
files.....jpg, tiff or raw.

How does one turn on thumnails in VISTA? Or is this another example of
Microsoft's effort to dictate how we are allowed to use our computers without
us haveing any input?

Did you click on "Views"?
Or would you rather call Microsoft Support?

Look under "Views".
Although, unless it's the Picture folder itself, don't count
on too many of your View settings sticking for long.

In Control Panel (Classic View) > Folder Options > View tab, un-check
"Always show icons, never thumbnails" (Apply, OK).

HPSRM reply:

Thank you. I found it. Now we're back to normal. Now if I can just figure
out how to network our three home computers.....one VISTA and two
XP's.....I'll be super happy. But that's another subject. Thanks again.
