-- If you trying to resize an image to the size of a thumbnail:

Download Image Resizer from
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp
Or go directly to this link
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe

Once you install it right click on an image in your explorer folder and
click resize. You can resize this to any custom size by clicking "Advanced"
and then choosing "Custom" and specifing your required size. From the View
Menu Item Clicking Thumbnail.

Navigate to the folder in whihc you photos are present, through explorer
