Thumbnails wont go full screen.

When im at a webpage w/ a lot of thumbnails, i click on
one. A new window appears, with the picture but it still
isn't the largest i can view it. To view it at full 100%
zoom i have to click a lil box w/ arrows in the lower
right hand corner. How do i turn this off so that when i
click on the thumbnail i can view the picture at 100%
zoom?
 
try this,
In IE click Tools/Internet Options/advanced
Scroll to multimedia. unselect "Enable Automatic image
Resizing"...
