Thumbnails preview of video files fails! Plz help

Hi everyone!
I want my Thumbnails back of my video files .mpeg .avi and many other file
types!
I can still see thumbnails of pictures in my Thumbnails preview.

I think that the problem came because I have: WindowsMediaPlayer 9, RealOne,
QuickTime.. Maybe its a conflict?
But I need all these players, so is there a solution?

The problems looks like this problem:

But its not, because its not about video files...
