I found an album that you can put cd's of photos on one side of a page and
on the other side, it has a place to put thumbnails of the photos that are
on the cd.

Is there a program that will make just thumbnails of all photos in a file
so I can just print it out.

Do you mean a program that make a contact sheet
(many image thumbnails in a singel image file)
