Thumbnail problem

Using Win XP Pro and when trying to enlarge a pic on say Airliners.net or
Jetphotos nothing happens? Also on occasion when clicking on a Hyperlink I'm
not directed to the link? Any help appreciated,

Your cache maybe full, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Tried that, still not enlarging the pics, any other ideas?

What program are you using to enlarge pictures?
Paint?
To change the size of your picture
On the Image menu, click Attributes.
Under Units, click the unit of measurement you want to use for the width and height.
Type the measurements in Width and Height.
