Thumb Drives

I just purchased a 128 mb thumb drive from memorex. They
will not let me download the software needed for my
computer to recognize the USB drive of this memory. I do
not have a G: drive at the time, however, the message
says that I should already have the mass memory to do
this. I just need to extract some pictures from the
thumbdrive to my computer...can anyone help?

Is your thumbdrive one of the ones listed here? If yes, you CAN download
the software.
