Thumb.db will not create in folder

When I create a new photo gallery web page, it will not
create a thumb.db file as the others have that work
correctly. It creates a duplicate directory address. Any
ideas?

The thumb.db should never be within your FP web. The thumb.db is only
created when you view the folder with the image via Windows Explorer or My
Computer, which you really shouldn't do anyway, you should always use FP to
view/manage your web content.
