This time is not valid due to daylight saving time

Thought I would try here. MY sys WinXP Pro Sp2. The subject message above
appears when I open Outlook 2003 sp2. There are not any appointments listed
on either April 1st or 2nd. I'm PT -08:00 time and haven't changed it. Its
Automatically set for daylight time.

Any suggestions?
