Outlook upper left corner I have 2 calanders open.
1 for this month and another for next month.

How do I change it if I want 3 or just 1 to show?

Outlook calander setting up scheduled meeting room and list of
people to attend.
I print out the meeting on paper and everything prints but does not list the
people
who are going attend which makes the printing worthless.

Any ideas?

Drag the border of the Navigation Pane wider or narrower.

what version of outlook?

1. drag the divider inward 1 small calendar width to show more - or remove
calendars from the list below (or hide the view list, if its showing) or
collapse the navigation pane buttons if they are not already pushed all the
way down.
