How do I turn off this warning?????

It's bugging the heck out of me. I can't do anything on my personal banking
sites without constantly clicking the yes box to get rid of it.

I assume you mean Tools/Internet Options/Security tab as there is no security
section on the general tab. However, under the security tab, I have set the
site I want in the trusted zone and in custom settings for the zone, I have
everything *cringing* either 'enable' or 'low'. I still get the warning.
