this operation has been cacelled....?

Hi,

In trying to open a link in any email, I get the message that "this
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions on this computer. Please
contact your system adiminstrator". Can you please let me know how to
over-ride this message.

Open Internet Explorer and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web
Settings.
