I can not download programs from certain software vendors. The Subject
message comes up. I presume it is the Windows fire wall(XP Service Pack 2)
How can I alter the settings to allow downloading ?.

suggest you post to a Windows XP newsgroup. this newsgroup is devoted to
questions regarding MS Access relational database software.
