This item cannot be displayed in the reading pane

A couple of my colleagues have had a problem where after they do a search in
a folder, sometimes they can't read the items in the reading pane. Also, they
can't open the item either. When I clear the search and find the item without
doing a search, I can open it easily. Why should this be the case?

Hi Sean. I have got exactly the same problem and I have seen lots of
posts on here by people with the same problem. It appears to be a bug
in Outlook 2003 and no-one has provided a solution, so I am guessing
Microshite I mean soft..;-), are keeping their heads down on this one
for a while.
