nowhere is it obvious on how to use outlook without having to select specific
feature of outlook i couldn't find just an overview on how to get started
and not only that nowhere did i find how to just use it to send a message.
the outlook started and i then couldn't send the mesasage and on your welcome
e mail you don't even tell me how to find my e mail address!!!! microsoft has
the most unfriedly user software. everyother software product like aol yahoo
are very simpile and direct. you have to be a programmer or take a course
just to use your email it should be streight forward. and i've sent e
mails to you before on this subject and complaints and i've never gotton
anything back as far as help just you saying you revieved my e mail which
tells that no Person looked at it. so whit all you suppossedly great
software i'm going back to useing yahoo mail. aand outlook is supose to be
why office cost more then all the other program. i'd really like you to send
me info on how to get an intro trainning on how to use it. and just why
can't i see myown address so i know what address i'm useing see that i have
about 3. and i can't send a email and you don't even tell why or what i have
to do to get to send an email I HATE YOUR PROGRAMMING!!!!!!!

You've got it backward. No mail client can tell you your address. You have
to tell the mail client or it won't know it.

Then don't use it. Use something you understand.

Outlook is a business tool, primarily.

Nonsense. I never took a course on how to use Outlook and I use it every
day. All you have to be willing to do is read a bit. "Office 2003 for
Dummies" might be a good place to start.

Driving a car isn't straight-forward either and Microsoft people generally
don't read this newsgroup. Even if they did, it's not an officeial
Microsoft support channel.
