Hello

I am trying to find out how I can find out what nameservers are located on a
server if I have the servers IP address.

Does anybody know how I can do this?

I can't contact the host and I need to point my new domain at their name
servers....but am not sure how to find it, and obviously they are on holiday
or a bit slow to reply.

Thye NSLOOKUP tool will provide the information you seek:

No problem. NSLOOKUP can be a little tricky at first, but when it comes to
querying DNS servers, it has all the answers.
