Why did i get larger icons and bad contrast when upgrading to Office 2007?
The general settings for the screen does not change it.
The set up with themes etc. under Word and Excel does not change it.
Any other tip?

Try this: Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the
Popular category, check the "Always use ClearType" option, and click OK.

Note that the option is not available in Windows Vista, according to Word
Help, but I guess you can still turn it on or off in the display settings
for Windows.
