This is how to import Netscape to Outlook

In Netscape 7 open address ook. go to tools menu and select export. give the file a name and set the file type to csv and save the file

In outlook go to file import/export and choose export to file "create file type" = comma separated values (Windows

select Contacts and click next. give this file a different name than the one from Netscape and click nex

open Excel. in excel open the Outlook export file. This will have the fields that outlook needs to import. Open the NEtscape export file and cut and past the relavent columns into the Outlook export file. then save the outlook file as a csv file. start Outlook and import the outlook file. you will now have all the netscape addresses in outlook. PS Don't import duplicates

This all sounds fine except for your second and third steps. Why export
anything from Outlook, if the goal is to import the Netscape address book
into Outlook? Is it just so that you get the cell headings correct?
