This is different?

First I tried to download Explorer 7 and it wouldn't installed. Ran their
trouble-shooter and said all is fine and I should be able to install. Tried
3 systems on my home Network and no luck. Now, when I visit some sites, I
seem to be getting a pop-up window for my MS Office attempting to install. I
have to continuously "cancel" upto at least 5 times.

The above is puzzling me. If you can assist in any way or provide some
input, I would appreciate it very much.
