I can not install my platinum version.

I have had 4, 5 and 6 basic decided to upgrade to
platinum and then I waited a week and then when I get it
it won't install.


I have installed on another machine and was fine, I
uninstalled version 5 and put in straight away.



I had the basic version 6 and it asks to uninstall I have
done that.

What is the name of the program you are trying to install? What does the
mftr.'s tech support say?
