This Device Cannot Start. (Code 10)

My Geforce4 Ti4200 in the Device Manager shows up with the error "This
Device Cannot Start" (it always used to work) I have tried updating the
driver, reformating my entire computer, rolling back the driver, doing a
system restore, but nothing has solved the problem. If anybody could
help... that would be great.
 
Hi Dan

Have you made any changes to your system hardware prior to the problem occuring?

If it still is not working after a clean install of windows it is possible it has a hardware fault. A good test would be to install the card in another computer if possible.
