Third party program sending mail

Hi, I have a third party program that needs to send out e-mails when alarms are triggered. The only problem is I get the following message. A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook. Do you want to allow this? You then need to allow this program to send the mail. I know this is to stop the distribution of automatic viruses being sent. The problem is this needs to send the mail out when the alarm occurs and not have to wait for user intervention to allow it.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

Or don't use the Outlook object model and switch over to using CDO for
Windows 2000 object model if one needs to ability to send SMTP alerts.

it at all, I am looking and looking and hopefully will find a solution, I
will let you know if I do.

the application vendor needs to rewrite their application to deal with the
security blocks by Outlook.
