Third Maxtor Hard Drive Problem

I have a RAID system with 3 hard drives: C: Main Boot F: backup (Hidden
during cloning and another, the third one, is seen in Device Manager for
XP Pro, but NOT in My Computer window for use. The Third hard drive is
NOT attached to the RAID, Question: Why can I see the third drive?

Is it partitioned, formatted and assigned a drive letter from Disk
Management?

Are you using TweakUI and have forgotten to uncheck the drive?
