Think i know the bad Program

try Turning off msBlast, i did that and turned off the
firewall so far its been 10-15min and still up and
running fine.

So go to "Start"
Go to "Run"
Type in "Msconfig"
Go to the "Startup" Tab
Uncheck "MsBlast.exe" From the list

Restart, now Im not saying it will work but as of now
(9:30am Est) Im still online and my computer isnt doing a
count down timer :)

Hope this helps some people!

That will not solve your problem. Your problem is your computer is not
secure. Learn to use a good Anti-virus program AND a good firewall.
