Things not working

I'm not the best with computers. But I know there has to be something wrong
with mine. I got it Nov 13, 2006. and it's never worked right from there. But
it's all when I'm Connected to the net. When I am online, I am always on
this one site. in fact my favorite site, There are avotors what don't move,
emoticons that don't emote, there are hearts that are supposed to sparkle
which don't. On msn, peoples pictures don't show up and I can't see the
emoticons they use.
WHy is my computer doing that. How can I fix it or should i just try to
return it and get a different computer

You cannot return the computer after the long time you have held it.

It sounds like you do not have the latest updates for Windows and for MSN
installed.
