Clickable Emoticons not working in Internet Explorer 7

I'm currently using Internet Explorer 7 and it has come to my attention that the clickable "smilies"/emoticons are not working; when I click on a "smilie"/emoticon nothing happens besides the page scrolling to the top.

...just thought you might want to know :p

:O I will have to see what happens on another computer using IE 7 :) (I should hope it isn't my computer :lol: )
