Thermal name tags (labels)

I'm attempting to print name tags on a thermal label printer (Tharo). My
settings are set when I mail-merge, all the names show up. I can see all 250
when I "edit individual labels." However, when I print or print preview,
only the first two from each page print. The labels have "black mark"
capabilities and Word is set as such. The labels are on a continuous spool.
They are 4" x 3", so I have my page set as "custom."

Any suggestions to get every one to print? When I "print preview" it shows
one name and then 3 labels-worth of white space (and it's the three labels
following the one that actually prints that are missing).

good with custom page sizes and will tend to adopt the nearest true size.
Tthe printer driver should determine what page sizes are allowed, though it
*may* be possible to define page sizes in the driver dialog.
