"There was error executing the command"

There is a database 2000. The database runs very well by
all computers in my location with operating system Win
2000 or Win xp. However, there is one computer with Win
2000, whenever open the database, it works fine on all
forms or tables, but could not run report. The error
message is very easy and make no sense "There was error
executing the command". Just wonder if anyone else had the
similar problem or might know what might be wrong? I've
reinstalled Access 2000, but still got the same error
message.

Generally, this happens when the report gets corrupted or you are missing a
needed reference. You could try running a compact and repair to see if that
corrects the problem. The one thing you also might check before replacing
the report is to run a Debug | Compile All Modules from the code editor
window. This one machine may have a missing reference. If not, then
generally the only way to fix this is to: 1. import the report from a
database that does not get this message File | Get external Data | Import or
recreate the report in the database with the problem. My vote is import the
report.
