There is not enough space on your PC

When trying to print I get the following message

'There is not enough space on your PC. Make room on the hard disk by
deleting some files'

I have a 30Gb hadrdrive with 18Gb free

What is the problem here and how do I resolve it

Have you defragged the drive recently?
 
Yes I have done this and all the usual maintenance activities.

Have you checked for a virus I seem to recall one virus causing that
problem.

Thanks - I have now sorted this - It was a driver problem and Brother had
posted a fix

Did some nut set a max size for your swap file?
