there is no srv record in DNS server

I promoted my win2000 server to a DC. Why there is no srv record in DNS
server(which is on the same server)? I use command dcdiag /test:registerdns
to check it, the following are the message:
DC Diagnosis

Performing initial setup:
Done gathering initial info.

Doing initial non skippeable tests

Testing server: Default-First-Site-Name\SERVER1
Starting test: Connectivity
SERVER1's server GUID DNS name could not be resolved to an
IP address. Check the DNS server, DHCP, server name, etc
......................... SERVER1 failed test Connectivity

Doing primary tests

Testing server: Default-First-Site-Name\SERVER1

Running enterprise tests on : THINKSOFT.com



So what's wrong and how can I do?
