There is no Right-Click function on Desktop

Process : "Start" \ point "MyComputer" & right-click choose "Show on Desktop".
The Destop show MyComputer icon then i right-click the icon ,but there is
no function works.

Someone can tell me what i am missing in Deploying run-time Image?
I search the Componet Help, i tell me that Magnifier Component services the
function . But My run-time Image already exit exist the Component.

I find the answer: Enable the "Show context menu on Shell folders" on "User
Interfare Core" Component
