Themes and link buttons

I have published a new site to the Web using a slightly
modified "Global Marketing" theme in FP 2002. All I've
changed about the theme is the backgound. (I eliminated
the grid and altered the color a bit.) For some reason,
however, one part of the theme doesn't publish correctly
to the Web. The link bar buttons in the shared border at
the top of each page are supposed to appear as stylish
little boxes with titles in them. Instead, they appear as
titles in brackets, [like this]. Every other aspect of
the theme appears on the Web exactly as it appears when I
work on my site in FP. What's up with the link bar
buttons? What can I do to get the buttons to look on the
Web the way they look in FP?

The new Link bars (and styles) require a host running the FP2002 SE
