Theme instable (known bug)

I just rebuild my PC
I find again a known bug

I use the classical theme.
Some time, in booting, I have the taskbar (and some dialog box) with XP style.

I remember this bug came from a patch (I don't remember the corrective number)
It was corrected by an another patch (I don't remember the corrective number)

Can you recall me witch correctives, I can't find them.

Win XP pro + SP2 + all windows update (but I think 1 is missing)

Go to bigfix.com and download BigFix (free). When you run it it will scan
your system for needed files and present them to you with a description
without having to go to Microsoft's site.

I try it, but it's too heavy for me :-(
I didn't understand how it work.
May be because i can't connect bigfix server (bloqued port)

I don't mind ;-) i have a licence ;-)
Windowsupdate say everythink is updated ...
(Microsoftupdate in reality)

How to reset windowsupdate to rescan all .dll version ?

To reinstall, i installed
1) XP pro
2) SP2
3) microsoftupdate (all)
4) drivers

i have Uxtheme.dll v6.0.2900.2180
may be need v6.0.2900.2523

Where can i find Q319740 patch ?

Disable theme service seem solve temporary the problem
