The word SPAM is added to the subject Line

Hi there,

Can anybody tell me if possible how to edit the spam word list in Outlook
2003.
In our company we are getting more and more emails with the words SPAM added
to the subject line. But these messages are not spam. how can you change this.

I would be thankfull if anybody could help me

Are you using Outlook to filter junk mail or a 3rd party application?

stanard installation of office 2003 + sp1.
Exchange 2000 server.

No filters made more than one user has it..

If you are in a networked environment the System Administrators may be using
a Junk mail program or a Spam filtering program that adds the word SPAM to
the subject line. If this is the case and items are being incorrectly
marked as SPAM then let the System Admin know so the rules of the program
may be adjusted appropriately.
I am in the I.S. Department of my company and this was one of the SPAM
solutions we went through.
