The window is busy

When I am surfing a box shows up telling me that the
window is busy. Closing the window may cause problems.

Can some one tell wht to do to fix the error?

Sounds like you may have some sort of poppup blocker
program installed. If you do, you may need to reinstall
it, or try another one. A lot of poppup blocker programs
just close the window (as if you had pressed ctrl-alt-del)
before you can see it.
